Free to use. $5 for AI.
DayBoard is free. DayBoard Pro is a one-time $5 purchase that unlocks its AI features. That's the launch price.
Free, for good
Everything that isn't AI stays free, with no time limit and no account to create:
- The agenda with Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Apple Reminders and Gmail in one place.
- Adding and changing events, tasks and reminders, and Gmail actions.
- Linking duplicates so a reminder and a task show up once.
- The menu bar, the local MCP server, settings and updates.
What DayBoard Pro adds
- The Assistant, which answers questions and makes changes across your sources.
- AI features such as the daily briefing and dictation.
- Quick Capture, which uses AI to turn what you type into a task or reminder.
You still bring your own AI: Claude Code, Codex, or an API key from your provider. DayBoard Pro doesn't include AI usage. Your provider handles that under its own terms.
How it works
- One payment. $5 once, with no subscription.
- Future updates included. Pro keeps working as DayBoard updates.
- Up to 3 Macs. To move your license, open Settings → License on the old Mac and choose Deactivate this device.
- Try AI first. You get 7 days of AI free, starting the first time you use an AI feature. When the trial ends, only AI locks; everything else keeps working.
- Beta testers get Pro free. Thank you for testing DayBoard.
- 14-day refunds. Not for you? Get a full refund within 14 days. See the refund policy.
Paying
Checkout is run by Stripe. Link, Stripe's checkout service, is the seller of record: it processes your payment, calculates any sales tax or VAT, and emails your receipt. Your statement shows LINK.COM* DAYBOARD. DayBoard never sees your card number. Your license key appears on the receipt page after you pay. See the privacy policy for what each side keeps.
Open source
DayBoard's source is licensed under GPL-3.0, so you can always build it yourself. Buying Pro funds development and doesn't change your rights under the license.
